1. A short conversation
When you arrive, explain what interests you, whether you have used the equipment before and which questions you want to clarify. You do not need to arrive with a programme already chosen.
2. An introduction to the equipment
The studio shows you the main parts of the machine, explains how to use it and goes through the settings before starting. This is a good time for practical questions about clothing, pace and the end of the session.
3. A guided start
You receive instructions and can immediately say if something is unclear or does not feel right. You are not expected to work out your first session alone.
4. Your next step
After the introduction, you can ask about continuing, available appointments and how this format differs from Body Roll. Bookings are confirmed directly with the studio.
