We show you the space and equipment, explain how the session works and then agree the next step. Our aim is to reduce the uncertainties that often accompany a first visit.
Fire Body treadmillWalk on a treadmill inside a capsule, with a pace adapted to your fitness and an explanation of the settings before starting.
Body RollRotating rollers massage different areas of the body. We show you the positions and sequence during your session.
Tesla Body SculptApplicators trigger repeated muscle contractions in a selected area. We agree the treatment area and intensity before starting.
Lymphatic drainageLie back while chambers in compression cuffs inflate and deflate in sequence. We adjust the rhythmic pressure during treatment.
