What the equipment looks like
At BodyLanguage, the treadmill is part of a body-tech machine with an enclosure around the lower body. Before starting, the studio shows you how to enter, your position and the controls relevant to you.
Similar machines online may have different features and protocols. A description from another salon, manufacturer or model should not automatically be applied to a session at BodyLanguage.
How it is used at the studio
Your visit starts with a conversation and explanation. The equipment and settings are then covered before a guided start. Afterwards, you can ask about continuing and compare this format with Body Roll.
For your first visit, you do not need to understand the technical principles of vacuum before entering. You need clear instructions, a way to communicate if a setting does not suit you and an understanding of how the appointment finishes.
What to check before booking
- What clothing and footwear to bring
- How much time to allow
- Who gives instructions during your first session
- Which individual circumstances to mention
- The current price and what it includes
What the equipment name does not prove
The words vacuum and infrared alone do not prove a fixed calorie burn, targeted weight loss or a medical effect. Such claims depend on the particular equipment, protocol, person and quality of evidence.
When comparing options, look for a process description and verifiable information rather than the largest number in an advertisement. Equipment may be part of organised activity, but a technology name cannot replace an overall plan for food, movement, sleep and healthcare when needed.
