# Fire Body reviews need context.

One person can describe the atmosphere, guidance and process. Their experience cannot guarantee the same result for someone else.

## What a useful review can confirm

The most useful review provides context: whether the person was a beginner, which service she used and a specific part of the process. A brief compliment may be sincere, but without detail it does less to help you assess whether the studio suits your situation.

- Whether the person received an explanation before starting
- Whether the session began at the agreed time
- Whether the studio matched its photographs
- Whether communication was clear
- Whether the person knew what would follow the first visit

## What one review cannot prove

Someone else's weight loss, measurements, feelings or change in appearance do not prove that another person will achieve the same. Results depend on many factors and should not become a universal claim about equipment.

Before-and-after photographs can also be affected by lighting, posture, timing and other habits that are not stated. Use them as a starting point for questions rather than a guarantee of your own outcome.

## Recognising an account that lacks context

Be cautious when a review omits the service, duration, number of visits or other routine changes but gives a very precise result. The same applies when a review sounds like an advertisement and repeats only marketing slogans.

A negative review also needs context. Check whether the issue concerns communication, an appointment, equipment or an expectation that may never have been part of the service.

## Questions more useful than a star rating

- What does the first session involve?
- Who explains the equipment and settings?
- What is the current price and what does it include?
- What preparation do you recommend?
- Is there any circumstance in which I should first speak to a healthcare professional?
